Who are Training Matters Associates Ltd?
We are a group of professional individuals dedicated to providing tailored training and development solutions for our clients. Our experience and qualifications enable us to work in tandem with clients to produce specific and measurable training programmes.

Established in 2001 we work for many clients including small partnerships, government departments and large public limited companies.

By combining our skills and straightforward approach we deliver quality results specifically designed to meet the different needs of our clients.

We have the means to unlock people’s potential and enhance their skills. We specialise in developing positive attitudes that lead to positive changes and success.

How do we operate?
We meet with you to discuss your requirements and our specialists design a programme to meet your specific needs. You are involved throughout the process, agreeing any aims and objectives for the programme. This gives you the satisfaction of knowing that any solution has been produced acting on your instructions. This ensures the most effective results for you.

After an initial meeting we take the opportunity to undertake a valuable training needs analysis to produce a specially tailored solution for you.

We believe that our involvement does not finish at the same time as the programme. After delivery we seek to maintain contact with you and evaluate the results. This again adds value for our clients.

Why training and people development?
In the current business climate it is important for organisations of all sizes to be lean, adaptable and profitable. Investment in staff development means that your organisation reaps the benefits of increased productivity. As staff feel valued they are willing and able to adapt to changing work practices.

Retaining quality people involves having continuous opportunities for development. As an individual's skills are developed their opportunities to move your business forward are greatly enhanced.

Investing in people’s development means the difference between average performance and outperforming your competitors.  A workforce enabled to be flexible and adaptable ensures your greater profitability.
