To provide practical guidance on personal presentation, styles
and image.
By the end of the workshop participants will
- Describe correctly the importance of personal presentation
in building relationships and in communication
- State correctly how image can affect motivation levels in both
self and in others
- Identify correctly the relationship between personal image
and corporate values
- Describe correctly 5 factors which contribute to an individual’s
image
- Explain correctly the 3 components of a positive and professional
image
- Identify and describe the 3 principles of, and at least 6 considerations
for, creating an appropriate image
- Apply correctly the principles and considerations of creating
an appropriate image to their own situations and role
- Identify and describe correctly their primary colour direction
- Explain correctly at least 2 factors which can be used to determine
appropriate styles and designs to enhance their personal image
- Conduct
an assessment of their own personal image and identify at least
1 area of strength and 1 area for enhancement
Trainer input, discussion, individual exercises demonstrations
and practical group work
Participation in sessions and exercises and action planning
