Annie joined TMAL having worked in education for more than 30 years. She has had teaching and managerial experience in both mainstream and special schools, involving students aged from 2 to 19+. For many years she has been involved with the integration of students with additional needs into mainstream settings.

As TMAL's Business Support Manager Annie utilises this experience to assist with the design of innovative courses suitable for staff training in schools. She is also responsible for monitoring the progress of TMAL’s projects.
