Carole’s senior HR roles have included operational and project management and also recruitment and assessment. Her expertise is in training and development. She has extensive experience in designing and delivering training programmes and she also regularly conducts 1:1 coaching and mentoring programmes. Carole is a professionally qualified image consultant with additional skills related to career management and personal development.

She is a Licentiate Member of the CIPD and Member of The Federation of Image Consultants. She holds the Diploma in Training Management, the Certificate in Training and has successfully completed the TFIC/City & Guilds professional award in Image Consulting. She is also qualified at Levels A & B in Occupational Testing (BPS).
