Tracy is a dynamic, vivacious presenter who prides herself on approaching others in a down to earth yet professional manner.
She has worked successfully with all levels within an organisation.
Tracy commenced her career in the legal profession and became a qualified legal executive specialising in litigation. She then moved into a Financial Services environment working in compliance which involved managing a number of teams dealing with Company regulatory issues.
Having passed her FPC she became a part-time college lecturer of this subject which led her into a full time training role.
Tracy started as a Sales Trainer for financial advisors and then progressed into management training where she has spent a number of years developing her skills and knowledge.
Tracy has a very creative approach to training and is always looking for ways to engage and inspire her delegates.
She is a keen advocate of experiential and accelerated learning and truly believes that the delegates needs are both paramount and individual.
Tracy feels that facilitation involves creating a safe environment where people can learn and build relationships with each other. She then uses this to challenge delegates to open their minds to new experiences and concepts.
Tracy has experience of facilitation and training a range of subjects such as: sales, telephone skills, management skills, coaching, business communication and team development.
Her main passion is advanced communication skills using NLP and Transactional Analysis. Her enthusiasm for these is contagious and addictive; she has had some fantastic results with delegates when she has used these concepts in management and assertiveness training.
